A tasty slow cooker supper.
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 medium zucchini
1 tbsp curry seasoning
1 can (14 oz /398 ml) diced tomatoes
1 can (19 oz /540 ml) chickpeas
1⁄2 tsp sugar
- Combine all ingredients except Salt in a slow-cooker.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
- Season to taste with Salt.
