  1. In a large bowl mix ingredients together. Keep refrigerated until needed.

Instead of pineapple and red pepper, try the following combinations:

  • pineapple and black beans
  • pineapple and cucumber
  • mango and pineapple
  • papaya and black beans
  • strawberry, cantaloupe and black beans
