Ingredients
1 tbsp
4 cups
Vegetable Broth, prepared
1 can (28 oz/796 ml)
diced tomatoes
1 can (19 oz/540 ml)
black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup
frozen corn
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Tortilla chips, crumbled, to garnish

Preparation
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Top each serving with crumbled tortilla chips.
Tips

Serving Suggestions: Add a dollop of prepared Guacamole to each serving. Sprinkle with grated low-fat Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.
