Ingredients
1 cup
cooked rice, quinoa, or rice noodles
1 cup
mixture of sliced raw Asian-style veggies
2 cups
broccoli or carrot slaw
5 oz (150 g)
Tofu Fries, prepared with Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
2 tbsp
Sesame Ginger Dressing, prepared
Poke Bowl Topper Blend, or sesame seeds, to garnish

Preparation
  1. Place cooked grain into a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange veggies, slaw, and tofu on top.
  3. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with Poke Bowl Topper Blend or sesame seeds.
Tips

Make a big batch of dressing and marinate the tofu before coating.
